TradesClub — Custom Member Portal Web App
Full-stack web app with member login, Stripe-powered subscriptions, document library, event RSVP, and admin dashboard for a trades industry association.

TradesClub had 200+ members managed via spreadsheets and email. They needed a proper member portal: login, profile management, paid membership tiers via Stripe, access to industry documents, RSVP for events, and an admin view for the office.
We built the whole thing as a custom Next.js + Supabase application. Members self-serve everything — renew their membership, download certificates, RSVP to events — and the admin dashboard gives the office full visibility and the ability to push announcements.
Result: admin team saved 15+ hours per week on member admin, payment failures dropped to zero thanks to Stripe smart retries, and member satisfaction scores improved noticeably.
